scrappin' saturday...

yeah! it's saturday and i get to scrap! so far, i did the layout that is inspired from the sketch in my previous post. this was really fun and i love how it turned out. i made these little flower rosettes using wire ribbon and a brad to hold it in place.

another thing i am happy about is i signed up for christy tomlinson's she art workshop that starts on monday, feb. 28th. it looks so fun and can't wait to get creating. it has been such a long time since i have done much artsy stuff so this will be a much needed creative release for me.

it's a beautiful day...

it is so beautiful out today. the sun is shining, not a cloud in the sky and about 56*. just a lovely spring-like day. we have to enjoy it because it is supposed to be cold and rainy by the weekend and possibly some snow! here in the bay area! just craziness!
