finally...

here are the other two layouts that i did last week. or was it two weeks ago? i can't remember, life seems to go by in lightening speed! anyway, i had fun and really enjoyed getting into all of my old supplies.

i have been so busy with work, driving my kids to various activities and just being a mom that i haven't had time to post these 2 layouts that i did on sunday. i am really loving using paint on my layouts and am excited to do more.

my oldest daughter and her friend had to do a project for their sophomore english class. they chose to make a video on body image. i have to say, it is quite powerful and i couldn't be more proud. you see, my daughter, struggles with this daily. last year, she was in therapy for an eating disorder and still sees her therapist for her battle with depression. thankfully, she is doing really well and is in a good place. as a parent, this has been one of the hardest things i have had to deal with. i went through similar issues when i was a teen but when it's your child, it just breaks your heart. anyway, thanks for watching this video and if you could share it with our friends, i would appreciate it.
